Where is the idle adjustment screw located at?

My reason is that when coming to a stop light and I'm in neutral, the rpms drop to 1,200 rpms while still moving slow. Once I'm at a stop it just sits at 1,200 rpms and will won't drop unless I turn on the AC or somthing electrical and then it will drop to about 900 rpms very slowly. Is the idle adjustment screw located near the catch tank? and is it a big screw or small?

It's not quite as simple as your question makes it sound.
There are several adjustments that can affect idle.
You really should check the shop manual (section F).
One place to see the manual is:
ILUVMYRX7

But if you really need a short answer -
You probably want the air adjusting screw (page F-17).
It's a fairly big screw in a recessed hole
under the intake elbow duct on the driver's side.
Use a mirror to look at the trottle body under the intake elbow duct.
You should be able to see it.

But I recommend you learn about the various idle systems first.
