where is a good place to et my ecu reprogrammed????

hi, i'am from surrey british columbia, and i'am wondering what would be the cheapest and very sufficiant way to upgrade my ecu for down the road horse power gains. Can you add a bigger fuel pump for now to prevent detonation or running lean???? i have a midpipe and downpipe on my 94 mazda rx7, and i'am wondering if its really necessary to upgrade my ecu, and if i do what place in the lowermainland here in bc is the placce to do it???? Can mazda dealer ship or mopac do it for a fair price? let me know if you guys know where a good place would be to get my ecu upgraded.

I wouldn't trust Mazda with any type of RX-7, especially a 3rd gen. If you plan on reprograming your ECU, you can send it out to Pettit Racing, which is known to do a very good job on upgrading the stock ECU. You don't need to upgrade your fuel pump yet. If the only mods you have is a downpipe and midpipe, then the stock ECU is fine for now, unless you have other mods. Make sure you aren't experiencing any boost creep, because eventually you will blow your motor with the stock ECU.

If you want to get the best ECU for your RX-7 go with a Haltech or A'pexi Power FC and Commander.
