where does the hose that comes from the back nipple of the rearmost rack solenoid (fuel pressure solenoid) lead to?

i know the one that points straight up from the front side of the solenoid runs straight to the fuel pressure regulator, and the front one is capped, but i cant figure out where the one from the back (passenger side) of it goes to.

i checked the diagram very closely, but this hose seems to lead to nowhere, it just sort of hides behind everything like a little coward of a hose.

thanks for the help, i started my hose job about a month ago and got caught up doing a bunch of other **** along the way, so everything is kinda blurred in my memory.

 

If you had the Mazda RX-7 maintenance manual and looked under the section on fuel pressure regulator; you would have learned on your own that it goes to the lower intake manifold.

If you really want to work on your car, you need tools.
The manual is a tool. Buy it NOW!

thanks guys, i do have a copy of the factory service manual. i looked in the vacuum hose diagram and couldnt locate the end of that hose. i didnt think to look in the fuel pressure reg. section because i thought it was more vacuum system related. thanks for the pointer though chuck. i will check for it in that chapter tonight.

I apologize to you and the forum. It is not in the standard Mazda manual under fuel pressure regulator.
It is only in mine due to my own notations.
