Where does this ground go?

Can anybody tell me where this ground is suppose to go? I believe it's one of the grounds for the emission harness

It goes on the stud that is on the top mounting bracket of the ecu. As you look at the picture you posted it is the threaded stud on the bottom left of the picture.
