Where did my oil go!?!

Ok so I did an oil change about 1,xxxmiles ago the oil was fully serviced (3/4 on the dipstick). The other day I got the low oil light I checked the dipstick and it was showing at the low mark I had to put about 3 and some change quarts in it to bring it back to full. Now my question is where did it go?!? My car isn't blowing out any smoke of any kind and there is no leaks I park it in the same spot everyday and there's nothing on the ground. I'm so confused! Lol anyone have any input?

If you were leaking quarts of oil, you'd know it. An oil leak makes a huge mess even if there is not a significant quantity of oil leaking out.

You say it used 3 quarts in 1000 miles? It has to be smoking some. My first inclination is towards the turbo. Let it idle for about fifteen or twenty minutes, then rev the engine. You'll probably see smoke then.

What's the condition of the engine?

It's hard to see smoke, or anything else out the back of an rx7. Have someone follow you while you drive down the road. They can tell you if it's smoking under load.

^^Yea, have a friend drive behind you to observe. If you're using that much oil, it's undoubtedly smoking quite a bit on hard acceleration. Check out your intercooler piping. It's probably soaked with oil if the turbos are going bad.

A little over 3 quarts is all I put in when I change the oil. I like to run low.

1 quart low will put you at the bottom of the dip stick mark if it was originally at the top which is typical of all cars.

If your check oil light is on and you then proceed to put in 3 plus quarts you are damaging your engine running anywhere near that low. If you ever have to add more than 1 quart between changes you have a problem. Do not over fill or you will get oil into the intercooler pipes etc... ALWAYS run 1/2 up on the dip stick or lower and check it every time you fill up until you know how much oil you are using.

Are you running a cat and if so, OEM or aftermarket? It seems like a lot of oil to burn, but a really effective cat might be camouflaging at least some of it.

Not 3 quarts in 1k miles there is no cat that can camouflage that LOL

I'm guessing he has some major issue with oil pan leak, oil return line leak, rms leak, oil cooler leak etc..... but something is leaking A LOT of oil and it should be all over the bottom of the car.

If not then he is smoke blind LOL

My friend's old Vega would devour a quart of oil a week or so (maybe 200 - 300 miles) and it smoked so bad the locals simply had us drive up and down the streets during 'skeeter season.
We are talking some SMOKE here now, folks! The o.p. is losing so much oil that if it was burning it, he'd be laying a total smoke screen.
SOMETHING isn't adding up. Facts seem to be:

Car definitely lost oil as the low oil light came on and dipstick confirmed.
O.P. says no smoke, nor no mess on floor/pavement.

Perhaps there is an oil thief in his area? Perhaps a friend is pranking him?

We all know that such a severe loss of oil WOULD be noticed, one way or the other.

It just doesn't add up.

There is a puff of smoke it I go wot and hit redline but that's it the car is only driven on the weekends and sits in the same parking spot in my garage (no oil stains) I did jack the car up and the bottom of the oil pan is a bit wet but no drops are forming nor dripping
