Question Where can I pass wires from hood?

I want to pass my boost gauge tube from the manifold to my interior and positive + ground for my sound system later on.

What's the easiest way to pass them?

Is there holes already there that I can use?

If I have to drill holes, where should I do them?

Any advices?

Thanks !

Yea it's easy to drill them. I put the hole just below and to the passenger side of the brake master cylinder. Then cut the insulation on the other side with a razor blade.

If it were just your boost gauge hose, go thru the rubber seal around the steering column. It feels like it has two layers. I shoved one end of a cut wire coat hanger in there, then used my car's ignition key to widen the hole enough for the hose to pass thru.

Another good place.

Is through the rubber gromet around the ECU harness on the passenger side.

I wouldn't do the coat hanger thing personally. If you mess it up, good luck resealing it. There is a rubber boot you can go through on the drivers side. You need to take your front left wheel off and the plastic on the inside of the wheel well between the driver and the wheel. There is a rubber boot there that you could punch through very easily. No drilling, no coathanger.
I wish I had taken pictures when I did this.

Also, for those that want to go through the passenger side, you can make use of some holes in the fender wall, and go through the fender, and into the cab by removing a grommet on the inner wall. It'll push through on the other side of the ECU, and this is how I got the sensor wire for my Defi boost gauge into the cab.
