jack your car up .. take the driver side wheel off .. take the fenderwell liner off .. you will see a grommeted opening to go through the firewall ..

Take a drill and a 2' hole saw and just let her rip!

OK,

1. get coat hanger, make coat hanger straight.

2. take hose or wire from boost gauge and tape to end of coat hanger starting 1" from tip with multiple spiraling wraps. Masking tape is just fine.

3. shove coat hanger through grommet next to steering column.

4. pull tip though from inside with pliers.

5. unwrap tape.

6. keep coat hanger, you'll need it again in the future.

Voila!

Leave your wheel on and fender liner ON.

you can also poke a hole through the rubber that is around the steering wheel where it goes through the firewall. There are two layers to this and you have to make sure to poke through both. That is what i did, just make sure you make the hole big enough so that it doesnt pinch the hose. Poke the whole, get a clothes hanger, tape the hose to the streight hanger, and send the hanger up through your hole, and then shimmy it around untill it gets to where you can reach it inside the engine bay. This will take a little work to get the hanger where you will be able to reach it, make sure to poke streight forward through the rubber. Once you have pulled the hose through just hook it to the nipple on the exhaust manifold and zip tie it to whatever put the hose out of the way.

keep the coat hanger, lol.

about the nipple on the exhaust manifold, does it have a ridge to keep the hose on if you zip-tie it or hose-clamp it?

u guys! sthoooo sthilly!

hehe j/k. I just do it the ghetto way and go through the rubber grommet on the steering column. Don't have to worry about drilling any holes that way.

Going through the fender where the main wiring harness is the cleanest way, but takes a bit of time.

i just replaced my engine. just before i put it back in i ran my vacume line for the boost gauge into the big rubber grommet that is on the wiring harness. and after installing the wiring thrue the fire wall there it was ready to be run to my boost guage. this worked nice for me.

Before I came up here to see who responded I figured it out. I took off the drivers side wheel and pulled a cap off and fed the lines.

Looks and works perfect. FortyOunce I will be going to E town next week if you want to go. Thanks for the help guys.

if it's just wires, and you aren't out for a super clean look. you can run them through the gap between the fender panel and unibody up where it meets the firewall/a-pillar, then pull it through the door.
