Where can i get a license plate bracket that i don't have to drill into the bumper?

does such a thing exist? i got a no front license plat ticket, and now i need to show that i have one, but i don't want to drill into my bumper. help!

if you have the stock bumper, all you have to do is get the plate mounts from ray @ Malloy mazda if you don't still have them. There are already points that they mount to without having to drill.

If you have a aftermarket bumper,...you are basically left with only the drilling option,..unless you get the fugly 99 spec bumper, but personally i would rather drill than that.

Around here, a missing front plate is a fix-it ticket. Most cops won't sign you off unless the license plate is "securely fastened." I've heard of people getting away with using zip-ties, but I doubt that duct tape would fly.
