Cool Where can I find an M2 Carbon Fiber Intake?

I've been trying to search for them and seem to only find used, I'm assuming they are out of business now and that's the reason for it...

I just want the box for a single intake setup, I figured I can just bolt in a new back plate for a single setup.

Yes, M2 has been out of business for many years now so you'll have to wait, and wait for one to pop up used. Rotary Extreme sells a polished one:

The ones that I found were all sold, I am looking for the carbon version since it has a bolt on back plate, I can make a new back plate for a 4" intake pipe.

Yup - if you have fabrication skills you could make a new back plate for the CF one.

I have a vague recollection of M2 actually selling intakes for single turbos too though I have never seen one.

I have a M2 aluminum intake setup powder coated black, that I would hate to cut up to make a single setup with it since the intake pipes are beautifully welded on and nice as they come...

I am willing to trade for Carbon M2 intake plus Cash on my end. This way I can just make a new back plate add a double 4" flange and be done with my project. I never wanted the carbon but I want it looking right as if M2 made it...

My last part of my build per say since it never really ends...

I have an original m2 carbon inter-cooler that I had thermal conducted painted with charge pipes and Greddy elbow. I plan to ceramic coat the air intake parts as I already coated my new medium A-Spec manifold, down-pipe, exhaust turbine housing, compressor housing, turbine housing cover, water housing, water pump, water filler neck, Pettit lower intake manifold cover, S8 lower intake manifold and upper intake manifold.

I'm also running a turbo blanket, wrapped down-pipe and DEI heat resistant tape were needed, I know kinda over kill but as long as I cool the turbo down it should be OK.

It's a new e85 setup Garett GTX35R with Tial ported Compressor housing and ATP T4 1.06 Divided, Haltech Platinum, inline Bosch 044 pump, 2200cc FIC injectors 850cc in primary, Tial MVR 44 waste-gate, oil premix and all the rest of the supporting mods....

I'm expecting 450whp on E85 older setup was GT35r t4 1.06 divided 340whp 13psi on 91 Mustang numbers no AI PFC Nelson road race tune.

The rotary extreme version also has a removable back plate. I have an M2 style box of unknown origin. I bought it from someone who was running a T3 turbo. I needed a back plate for twins. Ben at Rotary Extreme had one fabricated for me. He is very good to work with. I suggest you give him a call.

if you're willing to part with the money, SR Motorsports has a clone of the M2 airbox and its also in carbon-fiber.

you may want to call ahead first since their website seems to not be updated
