Most people just end up making it. I just cut mine out of a j bend 2.75 pipe

That picture looks like it's using the tube from the Greddy piping kit (and probably trimmed some for the PFS intercooler).

I second this. Check in the FS section, they come around fairly often. I just sold one of these not too long ago
