where to buy

Howdy. Are there any vendors out there that have a package deal on new studs, gaskets, etc. to replace the old ones after a turbo removal and new downpipe installation?? If not, any recomendation where to get 'em?

Some downpipe suppliers include a hardware kit. Maybe you can buy that kit separately. I don't think any include the gasket, and the only source for the gasket is Mazda @ $90. If you re-use that gasket, you risk it leaking unless the flange and manifold are very flat and fit very well. If you go that route, I suggest doing a test fit w/o the gasket, and using a sheet of paper or feeler gauges to make sure they are very close fit.

The studs and hardware I would re-use if they are acceptable. If you buy replacements, get OEM as well - it's simply too tough to find normal bolts that are strong and compact enough to work well.

I would buy OEM parts from Malloy - ask for Ray @ 888-533-3400.
