WHERE AM I GOING WRONG? (coolant buzzer wont go off!)

Hey guys, i just want to clear things up first. My car does NOT have a coolant leak, or a leaky coolant seal. But since i have installed my engine, the low coolant light has not shut itself up ever since the first turning of the key to the "on" position. I have gone so far as to replace both sensors for the buzzer, replace the entire wiring harness, and then after all that not working i even took both sensors out, and submerged the water sensing part of the sensor into water, all with no luck what so ever. i have begun to only thing that i maybe have mis grounded the engine harness in some manor. On the pass. side engine harness, there are two "ground" wires comming off of it, one of which comes from the same lead that goes to the low coolant sensor comming off of the rear iron, right by the oil filter housing. Does anyone know exactly where both of these little F'ers belong to?

PS. i am not showing any abnormal readings in the coolant temperature, my guages work fine, and the car has been running like this on the power fc for almost a year now.

THANKS

Cole

Ground the sensors so they just stfu. Mine on the filter neck was dead and the buzzer would stay on while I drove so I just grounded the f'er till I got a new sensor in.

Behind the power steering pump and A/C compressor is where you will find the 3rd connection. It is a black single wire connector, most people make the mistake of plugging it into the white a/c compressor connector.

If your fans are kicking on immediately then you have a different problem. Most likely it is the thermoswitch (black sensor) located under the thermosensor (typically green) on the back of the waterpump housing. Look at the 3rd gen archives on the top of this forum section for pics.

GZ91Rx7 had the same issue. Turned out to be that the 3rd connection was plugged into the white ac compressor plug I believe. I'm with Blue TII on this one.
