Where are all the FD battery box covers?

Just curious. Seems to be the first thing missing. Didn't North American batteries fit?

The tabs break or people buy replacement batteries that they don't fit with. It annoys me too.

car showed up flooded, and so the first thing to come off was the battery box cover, and then it either got broken or went missing, or other

Yep it's crazy. A lot of it is people running ill-fitting batteries, some are just broken, some are removed, put in the garage, then lost or broken.

A tab broke when it was stepped on by my friend and the JB weld fix was terrible. I then swapped to the TurboJeff tray when I needed a new battery.

Really. Odd I never see any on EBay. Somewhat surprised, as when I bought a new o-ring for my ATF filter the counter jockey said I got the last one in North America!

EDIT - How about that. 1993-1995 Mazda RX-7 Top Cover N3A1-18-593B | RealMazdaParts.com
