battery box in rear bin

has anyone fit a battery relocation box (prefer sealed) in a rear bin with the lid closed? is there enough space?

(yes I seached! only found pics of battery in trunks or without a box )

I put a battery in my friends 88 GXL passenger bin, fit well. we didnt use a sealed box, just the summit hold-down tray and kit. But, AFAIK, we would have room to use a box, provided it wasnt too tall. IF it were you could always trim it down to fit the battery more closely and gain enough room.

ya I'm looking at sizes of the alum boxes about 10". not sure how high my battery is. bin is around 10. gona be close.

planing on making room for the k2rd rad and future FMIC

my only concern is a kill swtich for drag racing... even if I make one on the battery wires. the car would contine to run off the alternater LOL... that would take some major wiring to make it shut the car off if I make one.
