Yup, you have to remove or at least lift up the upper manifold to get to the sensor. Does your check engine light come on? It should if your sensor is bad.

hmm the primary port is on the side housing right? or is it on the intermediate housing?

well I have power FC right now and it just show that the sensor is not operating. I think I'll plug in the stock ECU to see if the check engine light comes on.

I'll take it apart tonight to check it out

Aspec, refer to page F183 of your manual. It's the sensor mounted to the bottom of the upper intake manifold. It's real easy to change, but you have to remove the manifold to get to it. Your stock ECU should pull up a code 11, and the part number for the sensor is: N3A1-18845.

good luck,
eric
