When to upgrade apex seals?
When is it needed to upgrade your apex seals? also, lol, what is an apex seal? sorry for the newbie questions.

apex seals are the seals at the tips of the rotor. Should be replaced when the motor is rebuilt.

Save the Seals
If you have to replace them, make sure you get the new improved version made for the 99+ models. The dealer will tell you the car is not made anymore but it is, just not exported.
