When is it time to upgrade the LSD and Axels?

Alright, with my setup I'm capable of pushing 500hp, but i refuse to do so until I upgrade my LSD and axels. I plan to keep my boost around 10-15psi until I can get some drivetrain support.

Just curious on where I should keep my power level before I need to upgrade my LSD and Axels so I dont break them, haha.

lol, yeah... going to be running around 400hp until i get it tuned properly...

so yeah, when it breaks... then yes... replace it i shall, haha.

if JAMNNN ever gets back to me, as soon as he buys my bumper, i'll get the lsd =p

actually, which is better to get... LSD or Axels?

Which should you replace first if you only had to do one?

If you're not drag racing using slicks/drag radials, you're probably fine with the stock diff and axles.

It would be smart to upgrade your lsd before the axles. The stock diff tends to blow up after a bunch of drag racing with 400 plus horsepower. You really need to hook the car to break the axles, so if your not runninga slick or a drag radial, axles are not needed. You can always wait till they break to upgrade them!!

If it looks like a stamp don't lick it! Oh, wait that's not the kind of LSD you're talking about!
Some people can get by just fine on stock axles and diff and others brake them with 380 hp and on the street. It's the luck of the draw I guess. Have you done any kind of upgraded in regards to suspension, trailing arms, etc... Wheel hop will kill components quick with the stock parts. Traction also plays a big role. What kind of tires are you using or plan on using?

Currently it's Nitto 555's in the front, and Pirelli P7000's in the back, but I'll probably swap out the rear tires for Nitto's so they match all around.

Only suspension stuff I have is Koni shocks/struts.
