When does your second turbo come on line?

I know that you can adjust the actuator arm to adjust when the second turbo comes on line. My boost pattern is 14-11-14. But the second turbo hits about 6.5k. Does anyone have the same problem? If you did adjust your actuator arm did you have to move it a good amount or is it a very small adjustment.

My bad i ment to say 6.5k, and that is where I feel the second on coming on strong.

WTF, Never heard of that before. So your secondary boost comes on 500 rpm's before redline, that ain't good. Only thing I can tell you is the secondary should come on around 4500 rpm.

I'm guessing you have a real problem, but you are explaining it all wrong. Go drive you car again, and come back with the real transition point rpm.
You don't adjust the prespool actuator arm unless it is not holding your prespool gate closed while at rest.
It sounds like you have other issues.

Mine spools at about 4500-4600 or so.

Tim, howd you get the secondary to spool at 4300? What are your boost settings in the pfc? I just put my pfc in a few weeks ago, and I've been slowly working the kinks out of it. For a while, I had the slowest transition ever. Primary boost would drop off to 5psi at around 4000 rpm, but the secondary woudn't actually kick in until 5000 rpm. I fixed that problem, and have a normal boost pattern now 11-9-12. But I'm curious how you dropped that transition point even lower?

Thanks
Rob
