When disabling the double throttle should you....
when disabling the double throttle should you plug up the nipple on the double throttle actuator or would that make them stay closed all the time because they would build up pressure? Thanks,

Ex fd *****
the actuator is VACUUM operated and CLOSES the DT Butterfly when vaccum is applied. plug the HOSE to prevent vacuum leakage and also cover the nipple to keep moisture & crap out of the actuator. w/o vacuum the DT Butterflys will remain open.

Well I capped the nipple but I think they are stuck closed somehow because my max boost is 5psi and I have been doing alot of research that says if they are stuck close you will only get 5psi so I better open things up and find out, might as well cut them out while I am in there, thanks,
Steve
