When AC or Headlights are on, all the relays in the engine bay click rapidly

When AC or Headlights are on, all the relays in the engine bay click rapidly
When i turn on the headlight or the AC it kills the engine and all the relays click rapidly evertime they are still on and the key is in the on position. Any ideas?
