some body said thats what is wrong with my car?

I believe a thermal wax pellet is a part of the throttle body. When the car warms up, it moves in a certain direction, changing the idle.

I think these are common to go bad on the 2nd gen turbo models, at least it was for me.

mines a 3rd gen? when i get into the high rpms mine shoots out a cloud of light blue smoke.

Well, Anthony is right. He's referring to the wax rod that controls the fast idle cam on the throttle body. Page F-79 in the (3rd gen)manual describes it. It's not the wax pellet that Boostedyellow7 is referring to however. I'm not real familiar with the term wax pellet, but is this the eccentric shaft bypass valve referred to on page C-59 of the (3rd gen)manual? They recommend replacement of the valve if defective.
