whats the power gain in 99 spec turbos

How much more power will i gain if i replace the stock twins with the 99 spec twins?

they're more responsive then the stock turbos and I believe can flow more, which means maybe peak its only 20-30 hp on the tune but. Area under the curve is greater.

They're basically new stock twins, with a little better spool and a little more power potential.
