Where is my fuel cut?

Where is my fuel cut?
I have my FD for one week. Here in forum I see that if the boost goes above 11-12 psi I should experience a fuel cut, but on my S-AFC I see 1 bar - 14 psi and it rus fine. Is it normal or may be it is because my FD is an European version?
