What's this by map sensor?

Just purchased a 1994 RX7 Touring. Runs fine, there's more than more than average fuel dilution though and vacuum leaks. Was inspecting the engine bay (actually was checking the vacuum line to the map sensor) and saw a loose hose. But ive no idea what its for.

Its near the firewall and the UIM. Can anyone chime in on where it belongs? Thanks.

Looks like your throttle actuator vacuum hose came off-connects under upper intake
going to the rats nest.

Relatively harmless to leave off. This prevents you from accelerating hard when the car is cold. You know better than that, right?

Download the FSM and read it, especially section F.
Then you will learn some important information about your car.
That is one of the first things that any owner should do.
