i havend used superclean in a while, but i remember reading on the bottle that youre NOT to leave it on for a long time. . . or something like that.

Do you rinse the degreaser off?

After you guys spray down the engine bay with degreaser, do you hose it off with water? I did that once and my greddy boost gauge controler soaked up some of the water and the gauge stopped working.

Took a few days to find out why it was broken and then I had to disassemble the thing to get it to work again.

I'm deathly afraid of frying electrical components, so it would seam like steam might be a better choice, but i've never seen this done.

let the engine cool??? i HOPE everyones doing that. . . . :/ you can spray it down with water if you like. . . no big deal. . . thatll help spread it around some and dilute it a little. thats what i did. i sprayed the engine down with water and then went to town with the kaboom. all i did was work it with my hands and it got EVERYTHING off. youll see when you get done with the first rinsing. i did it several times cause of the missed spots and runs. itll clean it VERY well.
