I don't know what that's all about, but they moved over two months ago.

Standard stuff. No return phone calls, no return e-mails......even when you have your credit card in hand and want to order something. Dont even think about calling for instructions on an instalation. No time for that.

I ordered new K&N filters for my intake a few weeks ago from them...they answered right away, took my order, and it showed up a few days later. I think the contact info I used was:

pettitracing.com
excellentperformance.com
ph. 561-844-2258
fx. 561-844-2553

Hmmm I was there 2 days ago. Great service, looked around asked alot of questions. Saw the 3 rotor.

Never had any problems. I was told to call if I had problems with the installation.

As far as I am concerned great service.

I ordered a turbo timer harness from them and they sent me the turbo timer too. Anyway, I called them and told them of the mix up and they just told me to keep the damn thing. So I sold it to a friend. I never had a problem with them at all. I called and got taken care of right away.

I ordered an upgraded ECU, pulleys and the AST from them back at the end of October. The only thing that happened was my returned ECU got lost with all the moving so there was a delay in getting my core charge refunded.

I called them and it was taken care of.. I wouldn't call what I had a "problem", more of an inconvenience but you never what what can happen when moving.

The first number I called had an answering machine and said they would be closed and to call another number. They answered the other phone and answered all my questions and shipped out my parts. He said he was gonna send me some free goodies, I told him I already had the ground strap and not to send it but he said he would send it anyways and just to give it away or ground something else with it. They have always been really cool and polite.
