whats cylindral power balance??/

i have some documents of my inspection test on my car when i bought it and i have a test that has numbers in three cylinders what are 1 the firing order which read8.3,6.5,7.2 and the second read rpm change underneath which read numbers 78 78 4.7 what is this test is this a compression test or something, or what ever this test determines let me know and if you do know are the numbers good???/

sounds like they dont know how to test a rotary engine...thats what the firing order looks like if u try to read it with a piston engine tester thingy...u need to make shure they know its a rotary, our ignitions are way different from pistons and will cause you to prob fail b/c they wont konw how to pproperly read the rpms
