Question What's boost pattern?

What do those numbers stand for (10-8-10)? How do they change and how do I know they are normal?

They are in psi (pounds per square inch). You need a boost gauge to read the boost pattern the turbos are making.

Look at the is page...

http://www.rx7turboturbo.com/robrobinette/buyaused.htm

It explains it. Look for the boost section.

From: Miami - Given 1st place as the POOREST city in the US as per the federal government
10 = Is the primary Turbo's max boost.

8 = The boost drop that occurs at 4500rpm when the 2nd Turbo comes on line

10 = Max boost of 1st and 2nd turbo spinning together.
