What's the best place to sell a HIGHLY MODIFIED FD ?
[QUOTE=bajaman]Lupe - your best bet in my opinion is to focus on finding a person or group that has extremely similar interests as you (obviously). QUOTE]
What group can Eric find that has more of a similar interest than this one?
Hey Eric, you might try Racing Junk Found Here but I still think your buyer is on the board somewhere.

Yeah, I meant OTHER than this one, which is what Eric was wanting/needing. His car is something of a monster, wayyyyyyyy too much for some dumbass 'I-wanna-trade-up-from-my-Civic' ricer kid, yet it is not a fully done road-racer either. Somewhere in between, as from what I can see from what I've read (as I don't have any other better or more personal info) this car is barely streetable.
I would venture to say that 75% of the people with the money to purchase this car are much more interested in something that is not stripped down, regardless of power.

Granted someone may browse this forum and want his car, but that just depends on how long he wants to hold out for a buyer.
http://www.modifiedcartrader.com/ worth a try i guess

Good luck selling it for what you want out of it.

Good luck with the sale Eric... I hope you find the perfect buyer. I'd like one of your sell brochures when you get them ready. I know a few people who are in the market for a car that's fast in a straight line.

You may not be able to sell it on eBay, but you may find a buyer through eBay. I have a friend that sells exotic cars and hasn't sold a single one through the auction. However he always finds a buyer that is looking on eBay and the buyer contacts him during or after the auction to make a deal that both of them will be happy with.
I used to daily drive my RX7. Once I had the car painted/widebody and had it tuned, I stopped because I was afraid of wrecking it.
From the amount of emails I'm getting, you guys would be suprised at how many people are interested in a RX7 Monster such as this.

www.mautofied.com worth a shot my friend bought 2 of his cars off of there.
getting in touch with jay leno is easy. just go to his show. i went last year and he did a q/a before the show started with almost everyone that raised there hand. he also did pictures. so i am sure if you went to the show, which is free admission, you could get a word in. just have to pay for the plane ticket.

Wow, I thought it would have been more, but since you don't have much of an interior and that seat doesn't look practical for a street car, I would guess that's a fair price.
