Just curios what cars your lucky fd owners race and what u find worth racing and stuff and what is the fd class worth racing against. Like if a supra had to pull up next to u... wht would you do ? lol silly question but what other cars... what are for example BMW m3's to an fd owner ?

 

I have alot of friends who own modded e36 m3's. I live in raleigh NC and there is actually a BMW specific shop here that caters to these cars. They are definatly awesome cars and have geat drivability from what I have gathered driving with them (I rode down to nopi last year with 20 e36's), but they just really arent anything for my 7. And as for other cars? nah, supras are dogs IMO-too heavy and torquey (is that a word?) to get off the line on street tires. But I would be very weary about running a high HP supra from a roll on or one with slicks. Once again this is all IMO and I dont want to start a pissing match with any supra lovers. Sevens Rule!!! muwa-hahahahah..ach..hem..yeah-B

 

03 cobras with some mods are good fun

 

i got a friend with another fd, and a friend with a highly modded eclipse who is dying to race me, he beat my other friends fd from a 40mph roll

 

Staying away from Pesky teenagers who think street racing is legal

 

c5/z06, vipers, supras, m3's, and most anything from italy. These cars about about the closest to the rx7 as far as all around ability from a roll, a stop, through corners, etc., IMHO.

 

yeah stick it to 'em just don't race a modded supra on the fwy and watch out for the Z06s too they're animals.

 

Supras are hard to beat on a roll. This guy on the CorvetteForum had a ZR1 that could do it. It blew up and is now being rebuilt meaner than before

Yeah! now thats the ****, but why is the supra quicker from a rolling start ? why can't you just up the boost by a few psi ? we use bar here where i come from, so i dunno what the conversion is. I currently run a fiat uno turbo which is 1.4l turbo at 1 - 1.3 bar boost. Its a really awesome little car, hehe i think they are illegal in the states because they have less than no safety features HAHA and it weighs in at about 900kg's hehe and has a top speed of approx. 240km/h on 14inch rims LOL and well I am running with 2.5lt v6's and bmw 328's but m3's are a bit tougher hehe but i am absolutely IN LOVE with the mazda rx-7 and i can't wait to get one once i am in the UK again.
