its hanging down, it was somehow cut/sliced in half...whatever. its on the driver side under the car, by the front wheel. about 5 inches from where it was cut, it looks as though it has a connecter for an o2 sensor. the part that this wire goes to is not able to be seen. any ideas where it goes? the wire is black. and the connector is white

 

Did you check to see if you have a connection to the oil level sensor in the oil pan?

 

i did not check that specifically. but i was under there for about 1/2 an hour and did not see the other "end" of this wire.
