What will make my car idle up and down?

I checked all my vacuum lines. It will also rev high then drop back down.

Do a search for hunting idle. You'll get tons of results.

Check your TPS, ISC solenoid, wax rod assembly, dash pot, and vacuum leaks (you may have vacuum leaks from elsewhere such as your LIM, UIM, TB gasket areas).

vacuum or exhaust leaks sucks. im battling one at the moment. does your idle stay stable at ~800 then after a few min of driving stay at a higher rpm like 1000? then back down after a few min etc?

I have a tuned PFC (rx7store tune) and my car does this, although it did it before i got the PFC.. could be my 8lb flyweel :?
