What tools do i need to remove side mirrors??

i have these side mirrors replaced with chormed side mirrors that need matching body color or else a replacement back to the original ones. The seller who infact changed them in Japan was kind enough to ship the originals inside the car.

Today i was free, so i thought i should go for it. I removed the door panel and there was this metal sheild between door panel and the window glass. So the only way to get to bolts & nuts was through door speaker. I removed the speaker bracket that holds it and again it was almost impossible to reach or to work on those bolts with the known tools.

i kept searching for how many bolts/nuts are in there and i felt two of them. One small and the other was bigger. Still it was impossible to turn the spanner in that tiny and odd location. Seemed like i was helping a cow during its labor.

Help plz.

There was a thread in the interior/exterior forum that described it well.

i think i know what nuts you are talking about and i think those are attached (welded?) on to the door. if those are the ones im thinking about then those are used so you can screw in original mirrors so they have to stay in place. it would be better if you had a pic of the mirrors.

I've always lied those mirrors. I can help with the stock ones, can't offer and assistance on removal of those. Maybe we can work something out with the mirrors and polishing..........
