the bottom one connects to the air duct that the airbox shares with the intercooler (which your missing).
im not 100% sure cos i ditched my hks intake setup years ago BUT i think your hks intakes are on backwards...

The top left one is the Airpump relief hose. The bottom right one is the Airpump intake hose. The airpump relief hose can sometimes make a loud MOOO sound like a cow. Here's a good way to deal with that:

There was a rumor about the airpump failing early from taking in too much warm air. I don't know if anyone ever proved it but you might want to relocate the line for the airpump down to where your intake filter is also located to get some better air.

That radiator looks old as hell. They have a tendency to crack.
The AST looks original. They also break. It is in the center of the picture with the radiator cap on it.
Replace the radiator and AST with aluminum units. You can also just eliminate the AST with the proper parts.
You probably need a coolant flush anyways.
Those hoses look poorly routed. Fix them up so they don't rub against eachother. Zip-ties and wire lomb work well.
Your engine bay needs some love... time to get dirty.
