What strut bar is this? I love it!!!
I would say that the strut bar is a R1 or R2 RX-7 stock strut but painted blue, however the ends are different...here's mine in the original state. Engine Bay
If you look closely, you see that it's a CNC'd piece of billet aluminum that's been blue anodized. The stock R1 bar looks different I think. I love the look of this one, it looks super rigid.

You can still get the stock strut bar if you want. It also came in black factory. that would look good with the MB.
For a used one contact Jason at www.JT-Imports.com
most people dont know what brand it is because there are not too many around. its Rod Millen, i dont think he sells them anymore. they were pretty expensive back then. 4+yrs ago. i dont remember exactly what i paid for mine but it was $250+
im sure its a discontinued product. they were selling it very long time ago. you might want to call them and ask them. it was really a fantastic item. when Brian from M2 saw it he wanted to use it on track race cars.
I got a hold of someone in sales at RM and he said they don't make that bar anymore. He said they only have the Cusco.
I have some contacts with some local machine shops in the bay area. If I can get one of those, they could reproduce it for us. Even get it anodized in different colors(red, blue, black, gold). Does anyone have one of these bars in the bay? Machine shops are dying for business right now so I think I could get us a good deal if they made us a batch of 10 or more.
Next to maybe a triangulated strut bar, this is probably the most rigid bar out there for the FD. Plus, it's the best looking one on top of that. Just look at it!!!
