Question What are some symptoms of a bad CAS or TPS?

just out of curiosity , my car is going lean under boost and it shouldnt be .

so I'm thinking about what it could be .

I did search but my searches came up with tomany results so I'm sorry I will admit I'm being lazy after reading through unrelated threads for hte last 40 minutes , and admitting my search keywords are terrible .

I just want to ask a couple quick questions

Bad CAS and the motor wouldn't run. The CAS is VERY hardy and typically doesn't fail. Wiring to it can be bad, but again the car wouldn't run.

TPS if it's out of adjustment will give funny on/off throttle response or a surging idle. This is super easy to check if you have a PowerFC, just go into the sensor check screen and you can see the voltages right there.

Neither of these would cause you to go lean under boost.

If you have a stock fuel pump, first step is to rewire the fuel pump for increased voltage. Next would be to upgrade the fuel pump. Also, since you have a PowerFC, you might just need to tune it properly. How much boost are you running?
