What size fittings do I use for the power steering elimination loop?

What's up guys. I'm ditching my power steering (while keeping the a/c), and need to make a loop for the steering rack, so that I can get rid of the pump. What size/thread pitch are the fittings that I need for the loop? Thanks.

I didn't buy any new fittings. One of the existing small hoses will fit into both holes if you bend it a little bit. Just bend it and make sure it clears everything OK and you're done with the fittings on the end of the rack.
