What should i do?

Im in a bind considering what I should do with my current car. I still have about 15k left till I own it but I'm not too happy with the payoff. There are a few options I've been thinking of. The first would be to pay off my si and keep it stock. More than likely that car would last for years on end and ensure me a ride around town. I could always get an rx7 later, right? What would the availability of the fd be like 4-5 years down the line? Would I still be able to get one at a reasonable price or would their value increase/decrease? The second option would be to sell my civic and get a real sports car. I've thought about fixing up the civic but in the end I would have spent close to 30k (car+mods)to get it where I want it. I'd rather drop that kind of money into an fd or ttz. Just asking for yalls opinion on what you would do. Thanks for any replies.

Stay with the Civic. It is a real "sports" car, you could always turn it into a Si or SiR or Type R. Or go with a TTZ.

This is also another reason why I am looking into selling my car. People automatically think I'm some idiot that street races. I originally got the car because I liked the reliability, fuel economy and it was in my price range. Over time tastes and income change.

He was just messing aroud eagle dont listen to glass man. He was born without 2% of his brain . I would say that as each year goes by, it would obviously get harder to get the 3rd gen, but I'm pretty sure that the rx7 heritage will never die and I'm behind the idea 100% that there will be a 4th gen by 2005. I'm sure of it. So even if you can't get the 3rd egen, all is nto lost my friend. As for price, I would honestly say that they will lower at most another 3K overall before they stay stable and then are less than 1K of them which by then they will skyrocket to at least their purchase price new for an immacualte condition one . Ahh yes, if you are all wondering where I got all my stats from, I quicly built y time machine and came back and wrote this post . We are on the same bandwith here.

The more affordable the RX-7 becomes, the more teenagers will buy them, the more totaled RX-7s there will be.

Honda has a high theft rate. Try fixing one up and see if it gets stolen. If I put all the damn money I spent on my CRX into my RX-7, i'd have a 9sec stylin' ride!

It's great to have both. Since the 7 is high maintenance, I have the Honda and don't need a rental. When the Honda is getting a tune up, I have the 7. The Honda is good on milage and I use it to commute. Using the 7 as a pleasure car I can appreciate it and savor the enjoyment.
