I got a high flow cat that has that part capped off. Now I am wondering what I should with that remaining pipe? Please help!

It's from your air pump. Either remove your airpump or get a shop to reattach it.

well I just searched for it and I decided I am going to keep it. Right now I am installing my whole exhaust system with a high flow cat. I am going to drive it to a shop for them to weld it back together. Can I run the car with the hose not connected to anything?
