What number do set the HKS FCD ?

What number do set the HKS FCD ?
I have the HKS PFCON and i'm having my mechanic stall the FCD (fuel cut defencer).There's a dial on it that goes from 0-12. Does anybody know how to achieve to get the right number?Thankx
