What is a Normal idle speed for FD?

My 93 Fd idle seems a little high, possibly be the TPS (throttle position sensor?) When first start up it will rev at 3000rpm for 30 seconds and drops down to 1200 rpm as a idle. What is the normal idle speed? Thanks

Once the car is fully warmed up, it should idle around 720 rpm. It will idle higher when not warmed up.

Download the FSM from the stickied link. TPS has nothing to do with idle speed. The 3k rpm startup is the AWS system and is hard on the motor, disable it by starting the car in gear or blipping the throttle after the car is started.

Also my RPM is bouncing not a contant speed when at idle. I read on the forums that it may be the TPS. Where is it located. I tried looking for it. Any pictures would help thanks. Also I was told it that the TPS can be adjusted by a voltmeter. Does anyone know how to do this or is there any write ups? Thanks

More likely a vacuum leak problem not a TPS problem, do you have any mods? Like stated before stock idle speed is 720, but under electrical load I believe its 800, and A/C its 900.

Remove your AWS, car warms up fine without being reved to 3grand...
