What needs replacing on a 100k+ FD?
Besides engine & transmission. I was thinking mostly in terms of suspension and brakes. What is recommended to replace(and probably upgrade at the same time) on an FD over the 100k mark?

i was working on my brakes, and i saw what I would change on my car. it has 113K.
- rebuilt brake caliper, some piston dust boot are tearing apart.
- shock/spring upper mounts, bump stop, and dust boot.
- tie rod ends, the dust boot break.
- swaybar mount is questionable. use david breslau
- a bunch of ball joints, and bushings, this make the clunk and other noise. use stock or urethane replacements.
- brake lines, use SS braided. if needed change the hard lines too.
those are what i saw under the car while working on my brakes.
others may have more/less similar experience.

your shocks might need replacing at that time. however, if the shocks are okay then leave them alone.
It all depends on what your plans are for the car. Take your car to a trusted mechanic and have him do a overall check on your car.

Every FD I have seen with that kind of mileage as a minimum needs all the pillowballs in the rear suspension replaced along with the toe links. A good inspection of the rest of the suspension along with things like the dustboots on the axles and those on the ball joints/ tie rod ends can be a good indicator of other things to come.
Stainless steel brakelines are so cheap that they are probably good insurance as well.
