Unhappy What might cause my fans not to work?

I can't get my fans to work, and thankfully it's not too bad outside. I've tried everything I know to check, fuses, relays on passenger side, fan module by ECU... The only way I can get them to cut on is with the A/C button but I really want them to run via the fan mod or thermoswitch. Please help!

Theres a plug behind the water pump housing, green plug I believe. You can ground the black wire, the fan should come on when you turn the key. You can also order the sensor and wires from pettit.
