The HKS Racing Ti is the loudest out there. It is not street legal since it is a DP back and replaces your cat with a 4" stainless midpipe. The whole exhaust is 4" stainless except for the muffler and tip those are Ti.
If you live in CA then i sugget not getting this exhaust.

Apex GT is 3.75" and is only a cat back not DP back.
And true just run 4" piping all the way out if you want loud. Oh and i hope you have some sort of fuel management cuz you'll pop your motor with the HKS Ti if you floor it.

Super Snuggles
Non-sequential, 3" downpipe, 3" midpipe, and the no-longer-available 3" ASP Racing "cat-back", which had only one mandrel bend, angled out to the side, and had a very small diameter straight-through cannister which could only loosely be called a muffler.

Rx-Revin what crack are you smoking? How can you compare a cat back 3" exhaust to a 4" DP back one. Even if you had a mid pipe on it would still be only 3" out.
Pete from XS had to take the HKS Racing Ti off his car because it was interferring with the knock sensor.
You obviously have never heard the HKS Racing Ti when the 2nd turbo comes in.
We are talking about the Racing Ti NOT the Hiper CF Ti. Those are two completly different exhausts.
The HKS Racing Ti with a DP and the silencer in was louder than my car. I had single turbo (which incudes DP) MP and the HKS Hiper CF Ti with the silencer out.....the Racing Ti was still louder with the silencer in!

I don't know how you guys can stand how loud these FDs can get. I had a mp along with a dp, N1 cb, and streetport and non-sequential and I couldn't hear myself think. When I would drive through town between buildings the sound was like 4 Harleys and a F16 figher jet - everybody just stopped what they were doing and looked - and that was just at 2-4K rpms - switched out for a hi-flo cat - much better. I would say Apexi GT spec with dp and mp or the HKS Titanium would be loudest.
