What lines do i run to these nipples for non-seq

I had the right 2 hose connected at first and then i just decided to cut them off and now that car wont go above 3k in any gears but 1st? but besides that issue, should i just cap the nipples or connected them to something else?
Thanks
Luke

I'm not totally sure what you're referring to, or if I can be the perfect help for you. I did the "there's no turning back now" parallel, so I'm missing most everything you still have. That nipple on the Y-pipe should be plugged, unless you have some need to use it for a manifold-type vac/boost reading. And what is the other thing you are talking about? The flapper door valve? I just took that whole thing out and epoxy puttied the hole that it was mounted through ... I guess somehow you need a way to make it stay open. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
