It plugs to a device that keeps your engine from blowing up.
FJDRX7 is correct, it's for the sensor on the EGR.

You will only have an EGR if it's a 94, or 93 Cali model. On non-cali 93s and all 95s the plug just sits like you see it.

Actually..............All of us have FD's made in Japan.

Search & you will be free. The little blue connector has baffled every newbie from day one.

It is only used on Cali cars for the EGR valve.

Next your gonna wonder what that hose is on the side of your airbox. It's not connected to anything WTF????

yeah, that blue thing hanging there scared me at first also, but the owner of the car told me what it was for.

Also the hardpipe hose thats coming next to the intake manifold is the smog(air) pump, I was curious as to what that was at first because I didn't know.....and I wanted to check my oil one day and I was like "hey, thats my ****** oil filler tube, where is the dipstick?!?!?!" hahahahah!!

Then I found out is burried down on the drivers side on the side of the motor hidden, and that that tube is the smog thing. (lmao)
