Sorry for YASQ (Yet Another Stupid Question)....

I'm a little confused, I thought that the PFC still needed some A/F input, either from the stock O2 sensor or a wideband. If a wideband sensor is installed in the stock O2 bung on the downpipe, then does that input go to the PFC? Can that also go to a separate A/F gauge?

The O2 really isn't used for much except for idle control. With the PFC, you can manually program the idle. It's not uncommon to disable the O2 input on the PFC and manually adjust the idle.

The PFC can interface with a wideband setup. But you need the Datalogit to make that happen.

So if i have not changed the O2 sensor in a while then this could be making my idle a little funny?

its been said already, but i think an EGT unit is a MUST with rotaries. It will let you know if you start leaning out too much.

For some people, yes. For me, I've never found the O2 causing issues with my idle even years ago when I started getting a CEL from it. I only replaced it at that time because the CEL was annoying.
