like the title says: what fenders are these??

i saw this car in the picture thread a while ago and it popped up on facebook and then i noticed the front fenders

can anyone put a name and if possible a weblink and price tag on these??

 

why not ask the owner? didn't he just post this pic in the "post pics of your FD" thread like a week or 2 ago?

They kind of look like Chargespeed fenders. See pic below.
