What does this plug into?

What does this blue plug plug into? I don't ever recall disconnecting it and they don't come apart easily but here it is all by itself. 1993 Manual Trans Touring. Thanx.

Yeah, that's for cars with the California ECU. The Cali EGR valve has a sensor that feeds back to the ECU if the EGR valve operated properly.
