i found my dream car, but it's got 71k and the original motor

the car itself is PERFECT, immaculate, so i am wondering, would it still be worth it with the stock engine in it? how many miles do you think are left on it? he wants $16500 but I'm going to offer him $15500, as that's my budget

or if you guys can think of better reasons to talk him down, i'm all ears, i have $14k cash in hand, and I am willing to come up with more to get a car in Great condition

If the car looks mint, then it may be well taken care of. What reliability mods does it have? $16.5k is too much I think. Under $15k would be safer.

Of course, make sure the title is clean and get it checked by a rotary expert if possible.
